Payment

A deposit is due 48 hours prior to appointment.

100% of payment or balance must be made on the same day.

 

Report Preparation

$180 inc GST p/h or part thereof

 

Case Conference (including preparation)

$210 inc GST p/h or part thereof

 

File Review & Copying for Court or other Purposes 

$133 inc GST flat rate plus 50c pp photocopying

 

Travel Time

$65 inc GST per 30 minutes or part thereof

 

Appointment reminders and cancellations

Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior to appointments. Cancellations should be made with more than 48 hours’ notice, so that appointments may be offered to someone else in need. Cancellations after 48 hours may result in full forfeiture of payment.

 

Introductory sessions are offered only once to first-time clients. If a client does not show up for this appointment, future sessions will need to be paid at normal session pricing and booked online.
